All coaching sessions are conveniently conducted via Zoom, ensuring accessibility and privacy. Each session lasts 50 minutes, offering focused, uninterrupted time for exploration and growth.
To start, I offer a 30-minute discovery call to all new clients. This initial conversation allows us to connect, address your concerns and questions, and lay the groundwork for our journey together.
