Meet Kathy

Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and advanced certifications in grief education, trauma-informed coaching, and subconscious re-patterning.

Her work sits at the intersection of grief, nervous system regulation, and identity restoration for high-capacity women who have lived in survival mode for too long.

Her journey began after the sudden death of her son, Trevor.

What followed was not only profound grief, but years of navigating illness, medical trauma, and the quiet unraveling that comes from holding it all together.

In searching for answers, Kathy immersed herself in trauma training, nervous system science, and holistic healing modalities - not to “fix” grief, but to understand how the body carries it.

Today, she works with women whose bodies are still braced long after the crisis has passed. Her approach is structured, trauma-aware, and rooted in both lived experience and clinical depth.

Kathy lives in Tennessee with her family and continues to build spaces where steadiness, safety, and truth can coexist.
